Tri Tech’s fully equipped Machine Shop houses both manual machining centers and CNC equipment. Our investment in state-of-the art equipment ensures that we have the proper tool for your job. CNC Lathes and CNC Mills provide the ability to adjust speeds and feed rates to pin point accuracy. The advantages of adjustability, faster cycle times, and relatively quick set-up time allows us to maximize cutting tools and production. With the ability to process complex shapes and profiles without costly forms and tools, and repeatability to within .0001", we have the technology to produce close tolerance jobs quickly and efficiently. Prototype development, one-piece or low volume runs may be produced more efficiently using manual equipment.
