From the past… Tri Tech USA, Inc. began in 1985. Founded by Joe Bacigalupo, a certified nuclear welder/fabricator by trade, the company originated as a repair shop refurbishing boat propellers in the Bacigalupo’s garage. Joe’s vision was to develop Tri Tech into a cutting edge manufacturer with a results oriented philosophy. His technical knowledge and skill, combined with a straightforward business style would be the keys to realizing this goal. …To the Present Today Tri Tech operates from a 24,000 square-foot plant located in South Burlington, Vermont. Over the last two decades we’ve expanded more than a few times, changing addresses as we added square footage to accommodate our ever growing equipment list and employee base. Our new facility has plenty of room for future expansion and houses state-of-the-art laser cutting equipment, new CNC mills and lathes, modern welding equipment and computer technology to help keep track of every job as it moves through the shop. Today, we provide engineering and design expertise, machining, fabrication and finishing services to customers throughout the United States. With contracts ranging from complete product manufacturing to production of components, tooling or fixtures, our customer base is diverse. Our experienced management team and talented employees share our commitment to manufacturing quality products and excellent customer service. Throughout our history, the relationships we’ve built have been as important as the products we make. We continuously work to strengthen those relationships, while forming new ones.
